“What shall I do, then, with Jesus who
is called Christ?” Pilate asked. They all answered, “Crucify him!” “Why? What crime has he committed?” asked Pilate. But they
shouted all the louder, “Crucify him!”
The same evil spirit indwelling the people shouting to
Pontius Pilate, “Crucify him!” is the same evil
spirit indwelling the people shouting guilty to the authorities of Manitowoc,
Calumet, and Sheboygan Counties after the arrests of Steven Avery and Brendan
Dassey immediately after Teresa Halbach was pronounced missing.
There are 32
churches in Manitowoc, Calumet, and Sheboygan Counties, 22 of those
churches are located in Manitowoc County alone, starting with Calvary Assembly
of God Church-- Community Bible Church-- First Baptist Church-- First Church of
Christ Scientist-- First German Evangelical Lutheran Church-- First Lutheran
Church-- First Presbyterian Church-- Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church--Holy
Family Convent-- Holy Innocents Roman Catholic Church--Immanuel Evangelical
Lutheran Church-- Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church --Saint Andrews Roman
Catholic Church-- Saint Boniface Roman Catholic Church--Saint James Episcopal
Church--Saint Johns United Church of Christ--Saint Mary’s Roman Catholic
Church-- Saint Paul’s Lutheran
Church-- Saint Paul’s Roman Catholic
Church--Saint Paul’s United Methodist Church—and Wesley United Methodist
Church.
There are 5 churches in Calumet County starting with St.
Peter Lutheran Church--Peace of Evangelical and Reformed Church--Zion Lutheran
Church--St. Martin Lutheran Church—and Christ The King Lutheran Church.
There are 5 churches in Sheboygan County starting with
Christ Community Church-- Crossroads Community Church--Grace Episcopal
Church--Word of Grace--and Sheboygan Evangelical Free Church
By the number of Churches the members of these communities
appear to be practicing Christians in tune with Jesus Christ gospel. However,
by their accusatory fingers the members of these communities behave like
heathens in agreement with Jesus Christ words written in Matthew 15:8-9, “‘These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are
far from me. They worship me in vain; their teachings are merely human rules”
There is no doubt whatsoever that Mr. Steven Avery and his
nephew Brendan Dassey were crucifies in the court of public opinion spearheaded
by the “good old boys and girls” of the “law enforcement communities” of
Manitowoc, Calumet, and Sheboygan Counties without any real tangible evidence.
The police, under interrogation couldn’t breakdown Mr.
Steven Avery, but his 16-year-old nephew Brendan Dassey was easy pickings for
the conscienceless and ruthless police interrogator. To add insult to injury
his Public defender Len Kachinsky mentioned that due to a scheduling conflict
abandoned Brendan to be questioned by police alone. Len Kachinsky was appointed
to defend Brendan Dassey, not throw him to the wolves.
Len Kachinsky believed Brendan’s confession and asked his
investigator Michael O’Kelly to give Brendan Dassey a polygraph exam, instead,
Mr. O’Kelly coerced Brendan to write a false confession in order to obtain a
plead guilty deal so Brendan could be an asset in the prosecution of his uncle
Steven Avery. It is clear that Len Kachinsky and Michael O’Kelly were working for
the prosecution and not for the defense of Brendan Dassey. Thankfully, Brendan
was able to fire that scumbag Len Kachinsky before he could inflict more
damage.
On May 19, Michael O’Kelly, Kachinsky’s investigator,
playing God wrote an email to Kachinsky stating, “I am learning the Avery
family history and about each member of the family. These are criminals. There
are members engaged in sexual activity with nieces, nephews, cousins, and
in-laws. Customers and their relatives unwittingly become victims of their
sexual fantasies. This is truly where the devil resides in comfort. I can find
no good in any member. These people are pure evil. A friend of mine suggested
this is a one-branch family tree. Cut this tree down. We need to end the gene
pool here.”
Obviously, Mr. O’Kelly was bragging about himself and his
fellow conspirators of the law enforcement communities of Manitowoc, Calumet,
and Sheboygan Counties.
Here is the anatomy of Ken Kratz the prosecuting attorney in
charge of Mr. Steven Avery trial, who is in fact another megalomaniac, obsessed
with his own power, and supposedly a “public servant” using his position to
victimize feeble-minded women. The
woman, whose name was deleted from the investigative report, told agents Kratz
prosecuted her three times in Calumet County between 2006 and 2008. Then,
"out of the blue," she said Kratz asked to visit her at home between
Thanksgiving and Christmas 2009. After arriving, Kratz reportedly told the
woman several times he knew everything about her and could make trouble for
her. She said Kratz then discussed bondage and ordered her to perform a sex
act. The woman claims he also groped her and was quoted telling the agents
"she was a fool to have let him."
She described the incident as "really scary" because
Kratz had "such seniority" over her and bragged about hitting women
who did not "submit" to him.
"It should be noted that throughout the interview, (the
woman) was visibly upset," special agents Kyra Schallhorn and Joann Joy
wrote. "She was crying and shaking while talking about this matter. (The
woman) kept stating that she had done something wrong, and she questioned
whether she would be going to prison for it."
According to the DOJ report, Kratz called the woman 40 to 50
times after the incident and came to her apartment a couple of times "but
she pretended she was not home."
"`He's a pig,'" the agents quoted the alleged
victim as saying. "`What he did was wrong.'"
In its own report summarizing the incident, the OLR
concluded Kratz "had forcible sex with an emotionally vulnerable woman
after previously prosecuting the woman."
'Theoretically' consensual. The alleged victim was among 15
women, including two Calumet County social workers, a law student seeking a
pardon and a handful of crime victims, who told DOJ agents they were subjected
to inappropriate statements and text messages from Kratz. The investigation was
related to removal proceedings launched by then-Gov. Jim Doyle, which led to
Kratz's resignation.
Three women, including the woman in the 2009 incident,
claimed Kratz had sexual contact with them. One of the women declined to
provide any information about an alleged 1989 incident. The third woman said
the contact, which allegedly occurred in 1999, was "theoretically"
consensual because she agreed because Kratz said he could help her regain
custody of her children. Kratz was Calumet County's district attorney for 18
years. The crime victim who received the sexually charged messages sued Kratz
in U.S. District Court in Milwaukee alleging sexual harassment. In his defense,
Kratz claims immunity, saying the messages were sent as part of his official
duties.
Means said his agency declined to defend Kratz. The state
also intervened in the federal case, arguing it should not be held liable for
Kratz's behavior. https://www.change.org/p/wisconsin-department-of-justice-disbar-ken-kratz-for-crimes-of-sexual-assault
Since High Moral character is the primary requisite of a
prosecutor, former prosecutor Ken Kratz of Calumet County don’t fit the bill
because he is a self confessed sexual predator, a liar, and a violator of the

LAW 96-303, and worst of all for violating God’s 9 Commandment, “You shall
not bear false witness against your neighbor” by submitting false evidence
and lack of it, and for failing to go after Teresa Halbach’s real killer(s).
Therefore, Mr. Steven Avery deserves a new trial.

DECA Poster 80-3, Feb 94
The miscreants of Manitowoc, Calumet, and Sheboygan
Counties, and the miscreants mentioned below, condemned Mr. Steven Avery a
perfect innocent man and his equally perfect innocent nephew Brendan Dassey to
life imprisonment without the possibility of parole. However, they will not be
locked up forever, after their deaths Steven and Brendan will be free as birds
and they will fly right into the waiting hands of Almighty God.
On the other hand, the miscreants that condemned Steven and
Brendan ought to know that the entire Universe is under the Lordship of Jesus
Christ. Therefore, no one will escape from God's judgment. At the last day,
Jesus Christ will judge the living and the dead, even though by then you may be
long dead and buried, you will be resurrected, and at the sight of His Majesty
you will fall on your knees and you will confess with your mouth that Jesus
Christ is Lord of lords and King of kings; right before you are thrown into
hell where their worm doesn’t die and the fire is not quenched to burn there
forevermore, unless of course the miscreants repent of their sins, come clean
by confessing the truth, and by surrendering their lives to Jesus Christ's
lordship.

At the trial of Mr. Steven Avery his defense attorneys Dean
Strang and Jerry Buting provided the jurors with sufficient evidence beyond
reasonable doubt that the prosecution railroaded Mr. Avery by presenting
false evidence and lack of it. Therefore, the jurors had more than sufficient
evidence to find Mr. Avery not guilty, but they didn’t because they were of the
same evil spirit that shouted “Crucify Him” “Crucify Him” over 2000 years
ago.
